 History of Completely Cleveland:
Under two previous owners and a different name, CC has been the premier Destination Management Company in Northeastern Ohio for over twenty years.  Patty Smith and David Doughten  purchased North Coast Tours in August of 2006.  Revitalizing with a new name and a new look, CC is more committed than ever to providing you with the best that Cleveland has to offer.  CC strives to provide comprehensive yet cost effective destination management services to in-bound corporate, incentive and association programs.  Whether you need meeting coordination, spouse programs, transportation or a one of a kind excursion, CC will exceed your expectations.  Many of our guides have been with CC since the inception of the company over 20 years ago.  Their expertise and knowledge of the city and its surrounding area is beyond compare.  We have also added talented people along the way.  We are your strategic partner for destination management and event production in Cleveland.
